A Community Of Support
Connections is a Center for Independent Living, an inclusive place where people who live with disabling conditions, and those who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing, come together to challenge barriers, become empowered, and live with greater independence. It is our mission to enrich the communities we serve with the self-determination, productivity, and leadership of every citizen.
Connections provides you with the experience, knowledge, and personal guidance you need to successfully transition to independent living, find housing, overcome challenges in your life, and become self-sufficient. We’ve been helping northeastern Coloradans who live with disabling conditions, and those who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, achieve success since 1986. There’s no fee for most of our services.
