DESCRIPTION:Our Connections Cares program provides in-person assistance at our Greeley headquarters.\nEach Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.,  a team of independent living specialists will be at our office to provide assistance and guidance to persons who live with a disabling condition within our seven-county service region. Knowledgeable representatives can provide assistance and guidance regarding independent living, housing options, SSI/SSDI eligibility, and COVID-19 testing and vaccinations.\nPersons who are temporarily experiencing homelessness are welcome.\nThe program also offers at no cost nutritious pantry food boxes to supplement home supplies, along with personal protective equipment for safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.\nAppointments for services are recommended.\n
