Anxiety Support Group

The anxiety support group at Connections offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity to attend regular monthly meetings where people experiencing similar feelings and situations can offer support to each other. Our consumers come together to share personal experiences and information in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment. They learn from each other, experience relief that they aren’t alone, become inspired by other’s journeys, and most importantly have fun. This group meets the last Thursday of each month from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Mountain Time. To participate, you must be a consumer in Weld, Morgan, Logan, Washington, Sedgwick, Yuma, or Phillips County. Online only.
