Thinking for A Change is a support group that will help consumers to learn independent living skills. During the meetings, we’ll help consumers to get clarity on how they’re repeating negative patterns of self-talk, behaviors and choices. This will allow us to focus on evaluating past decisions in order to make better decisions for the future. We’ll share problems and break them down for different solutions. We’ll help consumers with a better understanding of thinking before doing, allowing them to learn how to take accountability for their actions. This will improve their quality of life.
