Long COVID Support Group

The Long COVID Support Group at Connections offers individuals with disabilities living with Long COVID the opportunity to attend regular monthly meetings where people experiencing similar symptoms can offer support to each other. Our consumers come together to share personal experiences and information in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. Learn about government benefits, exercise classes, and more.

This group meets the last Tuesday of each month from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. MST. To participate, you must be a reside in Weld, Morgan, Logan, Washington, Sedgwick, Yuma, or Phillips County.
