United Way Weld Project Connect

Connections is participating in the Weld Project Connect hosted by United Way of Weld County.

We will assist people with disabilities in completing our pre-intake form. This will be done with people desiring our independent living services after said services have been explained.

Our Section 8 Housing Program will be accepting applications for the wait list. Eligibility requirements include persons with disabilities and must live in Weld County.
