The Weld County Public Health Mobile Unit will be at Connections for Independent Living on December 3, 2025, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Services that will be available (insurance accepted but not required): immunizations (flu, COVID-19, RSV) and health screenings (blood pressure, BMI, blood oxygen levels, heart rate).
