Connections provides you with the experience, knowledge, and personal guidance you need to successfully transition to independent living, find housing, overcome challenges in your life, and become self-sufficient. We’ve been helping northeastern Coloradans who live with disabling conditions, and those who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, achieve success since 1986. There’s no fee for most of our services.
