Connections for Independent Living coordinates services for youth who live with disabilities—from late teens through the age of 25 years—in the transition into adulthood.
Our organization promotes full inclusion and integration for youth with disabilities into society. Connections supports equality and assists youth with disabilities to live full and independent lives, to learn self-advocacy and empowerment skills, and to make their own life choices.
