Connections Community Circle Support Group

Connections Community Circle support group is an informal group for individuals who live with a disabling condition to socialize, create crafts, and discuss any topics they choose.
This group meets the last Wednesdays of the month, in-person only, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
